Portage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram responded

It always amazes me what justifies a bad review. In this particular case, we sold a vehicle that ended up having a significant problem. From time to time, things happen and unfortunately vehicles break. We did everything in our power to put our best foot forward. As the customer states in their review, we gave them a FREE loaner vehicle to drive for months while we tried to figure out this complex problem. We also did $9,000 worth of repair work to the vehicle at ZERO cost to them. In the end they got their truck back fixed and it's still deserving of a bad review. Some customers simply can't be pleased no matter what you do for them. As you can see by the hundreds of positive reviews online, their experience is far from the norm. We will learn from this and move forward.
