Completely bad experience, first time going to get my vehicle checked and will be the last time. $130 diagnostic fee to tell me my oil was over filled, then requiring another 2-3 $130 diagnostic fees to vehicle checked and will be the last time. $130 diagnostic fee to tell me my oil was over filled, then requiring another 2-3 $130 diagnostic fees to check the real issues with my car. Several things written in the report I got but never told to me, and they are pretty serious things. When I mentioned it wasnt told to me on the phone, I felt mocked when the manager told me "maybe you didn't hear it but it was told to you". Definitely not doing that again. Do not recommend. After speaking with Madison Ford, they are a ton nicer, more professional experience, and doesn't charge an arm and a leg just to tell you whats wrong with your car. More

They were good about getting me in for service on the same day as I had an emergency with my vehicle. However when my vehicle needed towing, they did not call like they said they would. I waited for 30 m same day as I had an emergency with my vehicle. However when my vehicle needed towing, they did not call like they said they would. I waited for 30 minutes and called the towing place and they said no call recieved from Portage Ford. I called Portage Ford back and they said they hadn't had the time to get to making the call. I spoke to a manager. They did call at this point, and when I arrived, I was told that they might not be able to get to my vehicle. I felt that comment was not neccessary I told the gentleman I spoke with the manager and they said they would get me in. I dont know why someone would say that. I think customer service needs to be worked on for this dealership. More

Oil change Only issue was instead of costing $30 it cost me $63 so it was more than I was told not real happy about that..
