Questions! I was not very impressed with the service center. Completely disappointed On 7-29-20 I took my van in for the driver's side power sliding door not working properly and the vehicle pulling to the left after a previous service On 7-29-20 I took my van in for the driver's side power sliding door not working properly and the vehicle pulling to the left after a previous service call. The unable to complete repairs as parts had to be ordered. I picked up my van since we need it to transport our disabled son and noticed the side door ajar when i got home. Upon opening it up i found the wiring harness at the bottom of the door disassembled and hanging out of the bottom of the door. I assume this is the part they ordered as i saw a broken wire in the opened up harness. I had to reassemble the harness so the door would close properly and not hang outside the bottom of the door. Normally this wouldn't be hard to do even though it should never have been left like this in the first place, but i recently had shoulder surgery and was very painful to do right now. More

I bought my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Spencer Smith and I felt that he not only listened to me concerning what I needed for my trade in but also went to his manager and followed up witarrive at a deal. and I felt that he not only listened to me concerning what I needed for my trade in but also went to his manager and followed up witarrive at a deal. I did have an issue with the automatic shut off but I mostly worked with Dave in your service department and the problem was finally solved. I would recommend your dealership in a heartbeat.
