We came in for oil change and tire rotation. Which was completed. After I picked up the car my husband noticed that we were charged 20.00 for tire rotation. We bought our tires from your dealership and wa completed. After I picked up the car my husband noticed that we were charged 20.00 for tire rotation. We bought our tires from your dealership and was told this service would be done for free. I called Greg and he said he can only credit us on our next bill. I would prefer the cash back because this could happen next time. More

Spent an hour and 45 minutes waiting for them to program the computer so i can pull a trailer. Only to be told they dont kmow how to do it. Then they tried to charge more than quoted.
