Wonderful service! We were driving up from Rhode. Island to Sunday River in a sleet storm. our Volvo xc90 is new and it started to shake violently. We were very scared since there were cars slipping off the to Sunday River in a sleet storm. our Volvo xc90 is new and it started to shake violently. We were very scared since there were cars slipping off the road and a 18wheeler jack-knifed into another car. We called the Portland Volvo dealership, they calmly explained that we just had snow stuck in our wheel well and to come right in. we arrived at a stunningly beautiful service station, the waiting area was very comfortable with snacks, coffee ,, hot chocolate and a sweetest people to help. While most business were closed this shop was brimming with staff.The wheels were power washed and that fixed the shaking, plus they washed the whole car and topped of. the. wiper fluid at no cost.It was incredibly stressful drive but now knowing the team at the Portland Volvo dealership will always be open just confirms our decision to buy more volvos in the future! More
