Aligning your goals to the sale - Nice job, Eli! I came to Eli after already working with another dealer in another part of the state. It was a complete contrast in experiences. The OTHER dealer sta I came to Eli after already working with another dealer in another part of the state. It was a complete contrast in experiences. The OTHER dealer started with giving me the "national" lease payment rate because that's what I apparently asked for. The OTHER dealer applied every high-pressure tactic including threatening me with inferior dealer service if I purchased the car somewhere else. Eli spent a considerable amount of time figuring out what my goals were for purchasing the car (what did I need on my trade in, what features were important or not in the purchase, what were the financial terms needed?) and then positioning the deal to meet my goals. Wow. What a difference of an experience. I also got the sense that if Eli couldn't get a deal to meet my requirements, he'd be upfront about that too. After the purchase, my wife and I stopped by the dealership and needed help with attaching a license plate EZ Pass. Eli immediately jumped on our need and tried to do the service himself, but when he was unable to got us immediately into the service team with minimal wait. Isn't that what service is about? Great job Eli! Keep it up! More
