Dream to reality I had been searching for my dream car for quite some time and finally found it at Portland Volvo. I had horrible experiences before with dealerships and primarily the sales men, that changed drastically when I was introduced with Elias! He did not call/text/e-mail obsessively, which I appreciate do to my busy schedule. He even skipped lunch (although he didn’t want me to feel bad-I did) to discuss my trade in and begin the process of making my dream a reality. He is soft-spoken, cooperative, and easy to work with. No intense sales pitch or high pressure tactics. He quietly listened to our needs and budget, directed us to some possible choices, and then explained how we could do some additional on-line homework on the models (something we like to do in the sanctity of our home). We returned to see him the next day, feeling fully informed and confident to make such a major financial decision. Elias was patient in his explanations, highly knowledgeable of the car features, and sincere in his demeanor.
