Although portland Volvo did not have one on their lot, they found the perfect truck for me! I could not have been happier with the result. They found a truck that had everything I wanted, and replaced the grey cloth seats, and put leather. Everyone at Portland Volvo is a fantastic crew! After expressing my interest in a 2010 Mini Cooper S I found online, I wa It is so much easier buying a car when the dealership is easy to work with. After expressing my interest in a 2010 Mini Cooper S I found online, I was promptly contacted by a very friendly guy named Cody who sent me a video on the car. I came in for a test drive and loved it! The salesperson I dealt with upon my arrival was Yelena. She was extremely friendly, had a great sense of humor, and was very knowledgeable about the whole process. I did not feel pressured throughout the entire experience. Yelena went out of her way to help us and I have nothing but good things to say about her. After taking the car home, we discovered that the spare key fob didn't work. I contacted Yelena about this, and she went above and beyond getting us a new key, which was awesome, because it would have been expensive to replace. She responded promptly to all of my inquiries through email and phone calls. She also followed up to make sure we were doing okay. It is so nice to know that there is still this caliber of customer service in the car sales world, we really want to thank her! We also had a very easy experience with Jason taking care of all of the financial end, which can often be a stressful process.
