Awesome service!!! I called Portland Volvo @ 9:45 on a Thursday morning on break at work. Joel answered the phone and was very curtious. I explained that I had probrlems I called Portland Volvo @ 9:45 on a Thursday morning on break at work. Joel answered the phone and was very curtious. I explained that I had probrlems replacing a headlamp and asked if I could bring the car by after work. He said they were really booked that day but if it was just a headlight, they would be able to take care of it, even though I would not arrive until 4:20. The service area is only open until 5:00! They were awesome when I arrived, and took the car right in. 10 mintues later, another service rep came out and explained I had a faulty wire harness to the headlight and it could cause a fire if not replaced. He also said the mechanic working on it would stay later and finish the job if I decided to fix it! How cool s that!! These guys were professional all the way! They fixed the car perfectly and explained everything they did and included a car wash coupon to boot!! I highly recommend this dealership!! Everyone is friendly and helpful! Check them out, you won't be sorry!!! More

The check engine light appeared on my son's 1997 Volvo 850. He was needing to take it on a trip to Philadelphia the next day.
