Brought vehicle to dealership with check engine light on. Dealer verified check engine light on. Dealer then downloaded data from computer to verify problem. Dealer verified fuel pump, fuel pressure low mult Dealer verified check engine light on. Dealer then downloaded data from computer to verify problem. Dealer verified fuel pump, fuel pressure low multiple occurrences. Dealer then printed said report from computer and entered data allegedly into my vehicle profile. Dealer then said didn’t have time to see me for three weeks. Brought vehicle back dropped vehicle off told the dealer they could have it for 15 days because I would be gone.. Day three they call me and tell me they can’t reproduce the problem.. They have now washed their hands of it and said they can’t reproduce it and Check engine light was not on at the time. The tech was working on it. Vehicle is at 80,000 miles. Dealership is trying to stall telling me vehicle is OK hoping that I put another 20,000 miles on my vehicle and they can tell me this repair is now not covered under warranty.. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone. They are in crooks.. More

I brought my 2023 GMC CANYON there for an oil change, rotate tires. Also, update on software. Was told two hours for both. After waiting two and a half hours I was told the computer doing the software up rotate tires. Also, update on software. Was told two hours for both. After waiting two and a half hours I was told the computer doing the software updates kept on crashing. Also asked if I wanted them to keep trying. Your time like mine is valuable. Just wish when they were having difficulties updating my software they would have given me the option to come back. Not happy waiting around for nothing. More
