Great experience at Portsmouth Ford! ! We were looking for a particular vehicle and found one at Portsmouth Ford. Portsmouth Ford is 4 hours away from us, but from the moment we inquir ! We were looking for a particular vehicle and found one at Portsmouth Ford. Portsmouth Ford is 4 hours away from us, but from the moment we inquired about the vehicle, and were directed to Timothy DiBlasi, the 4-hour drive seemed insignificant. Timothy, over the next few days, handled our numerous questions through calls, texts and e-mails promptly and treated us very well. Talking with Timothy, we explained that because of scheduling, we couldn’t get to the dealership until Monday, we had spoken on Thursday. He explained that he couldn’t take a deposit as vehicles were sold on a first come first serve basis, which we certainly understood. We checked with him on Saturday, and the vehicle was still available. At that time, we made a plan to drive out Monday morning. When we arrived, the vehicle was sitting in front of the showroom, clean, shiny and ready for a test drive. Timothy came out and met us with a smile and handshake, and away we went for our test drive, it was as good as it looked. We went back to make our deal! There were no high-pressure tactics, no run-a-round nonsense and we never felt anything but welcomed. Hospitality at its’ finest. Upon signing the deal, paying for the vehicle and getting ready to leave, I noticed that an accessory that was shown in the advertisement photos was not in the vehicle. Timothy immediately went out in the chilly weather to find out what was going on, coming in about 5 minutes later to say he found what we were looking for and that we were all set! We drove home without an issue, and when looking over our “new” vehicle, we noticed another missing accessory. I notified Timothy, and he said he would look into it. In a day or two, he responded that he couldn’t find it at the dealership, but they would order it from Ford and it would be shipped to our house. It was here in three days!! As stated, we are very happy to have chosen to do business with Portsmouth Ford and Timothy DiBlasi. The 4-hour drive was the only downside, BUT I would do it again for the customer service we received. Charles and Karen Kelly More

Rarely does the experience of buying a car goes this. Smoothly. The representative, Pedro Gill was not only knowledgeable but very clear in his presentation of the vehicle. Just spent two days negotiating a deal with Pedro Gil - via phone and email - on their monthly "ad car" that was a nice f150 STX, which was what I was looking for but not necessarily in red so I tried to n via phone and email - on their monthly "ad car" that was a nice f150 STX, which was what I was looking for but not necessarily in red so I tried to negotiate the same discount onto another STX and I was told that the deep discounts were on that truck only as it was the "ad car" of the mouth. I was up front that I wanted to take advantage of the 0% offer from Ford and after finding out I had a private offer from Ford on my household I was able to get the price down to where I could pull the trigger. Pedro confirmed my private offer and edited the offer to reflect the previous discounts stacked on top of the rebate I was able to find plus the offer had the monthly payment, which was for the 0%. I called to give a deposit and work out a time to get in there only to be told they needed to add back in the rebates since that can't be stacked with the 0%, which I was asking for the entire time. When I tried to speak to the sales manager, he referenced a disclaimer on their website that reflected that the rebates and the 0% cannot be used together. In no way did the "discounts" on my quote say they were from rebates and I was previously told that these were discounts on the "ad car", which I couldn't get on another truck so how are they the normal discounts? The offer I was sent had no disclaimers and the discount was listed as just that, a discount and not a rebate. I assumed they were trying to get rid of the truck as they had it since at least August since it listing stated the price was discounted in August. Sales manager asked if he could do anything else and I asked for him to honor their quote - he refused, referencing a disclaimer that I later found that did not apply to the circumstances in question. Shady negotiations. Total waste of time - honor your quotes Portsmouth Ford! More
