I have known Matty for many years and done business with him a few times. He never ceases to get me where I want to be! I recently went to the key auto in somersworth and was told there was nothing they cou him a few times. He never ceases to get me where I want to be! I recently purchased a vehicle from Portsmouth Used Car Superstore. I came across this dealership in an on-line search. The site was easy to navigate, showed a good inventory/variety of vehicles and had gr Superstore. I came across this dealership in an on-line search. The site was easy to navigate, showed a good inventory/variety of vehicles and had great photos. I called the dealership and spoke with salesperson Matty. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and I made an appointment for early the next morning. Matty was right on time, very personable, got the vehicle out for us and sent is on a test drive. When we returned and sat down with him I was prepared for the usual runaround. To my surprise there was no pressure and no typical car salesperson intimidation. The whole process was completed in under two hours - start to finish. The financial person, Jay, got us in and out quickly, but was very thorough at the same time. We were not pressured to purchase any "extras" that we didn't want. I wanted to put off taking delivery for a week - again no problem. They were very accommodating! My German Shepherd was even welcome in the dealership. I would recommend checking out this dealership if you are in the market for a used vehicle! More

The first had a flashing airbag light, indicative of an issue. Second car had just arrived and was unavailable for test drive off the lot. Third car was my backup plan, and ultimately I hated the color. Kari showed me a vehicle similar to my second choice, but did not include spare tire? She showed me a different color Fiesta, third choice, which is the car I purchased. And I’m happy with it. Kari was new, so she did need to ask questions as we went through process, but that is much better than guessing, and part of the learning process. Best of luck to her. Kris was also helpful with financing and assisted me with call to insurance company. Got the payment I’d hoped for. Thank you. I was informed I needed to provide proof of income and residency. Follow up emails indicated I also needed personal references. I wish that had been mentioned that evening, as they would have been included when I faxed proof of income and residence. Over the weekend I was informed to call creditor for welcome call. They asked for the three references which I’d already provided in email upon request. Monday I received a call asking for insurance information, which had been taken care of the night of purchase. Call was intended for someone else, a Caitlin. So these made it seem a bit disorganized. However, overall, the people that assisted me were friendly, courteous and professional. And as mentioned, they assisted with calls to insurance and securing my loan. For that I’m thankful. Being prepared for my visit (preselected vehicles being ready, or at least letting me know in advance that they were not), and a few less emails and/or calls to streamline the process, would have resulted in a five star rating. This is also the second request for a review, which I completed after first request. Not sure why. More
