I contacted this dealership based on their advertised internet price and confirmed availability before making the trip. Unfortunately, that price appears to exist only on the internet, possibly as a work internet price and confirmed availability before making the trip. Unfortunately, that price appears to exist only on the internet, possibly as a work of fiction. After test driving the vehicle, I was informed that the dealership would be adding charges for window tint and nitrogen-filled tires — even though neither was on the car when I drove it and none of it was disclosed beforehand. These addendums seemed to materialize only after I was already on the lot. When I asked for the advertised price to be honored, I was told that wasn’t possible unless I agreed to these add-ons. If you enjoy surprise fees, imaginary accessories, this may be the place for you. If you prefer transparency and numbers that don’t require a plot twist, get a written buyer’s order before you go, because the online price is not the price you’ll be offered in person. I walked away — still impressed by how quickly extras can be added to a car without actually being added to the car. More
I just bought my second Toyota Rav4 from Joseph Muniz at Post Oak Toyota yesterday, and I have to say, the experience was phenomenal. I initially went in for service on my older Rav4 and I opted into an app Post Oak Toyota yesterday, and I have to say, the experience was phenomenal. I initially went in for service on my older Rav4 and I opted into an appraisal while I waited. The waiting area is comfortable, with complementary water and coffee. Mr. Muniz began helping me right away and we talked about the things I would like in a new Rav. I test drove 2, and settled on a 2025 Rav4 hybrid XLE. I love my new rav! I left something in the old vehicle late Friday night, and Joseph went out of his way to bring it to us the next morning! If you are in the market for a new vehicle, check out Post Oak Toyota for a wide selection of new and pre owned vehicles. And during Toyotathon, they have all kinds of specials and promotions. Ask for Joseph Muniz, he'll get you on the road today! More
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5+ Star Service — Morgan and Mike Are the Real Deal at Post Oak Toyota I’ve worked with plenty of service departments over the years, but Morgan and Mike at Post Oak Toyota stand o Are the Real Deal at Post Oak Toyota I’ve worked with plenty of service departments over the years, but Morgan and Mike at Post Oak Toyota stand out above the rest. Morgan, the service advisor, is straight-up honest — no games, no pressure, and definitely no upselling things you don’t need. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you understand exactly what’s being done before any work starts. That kind of professionalism and integrity goes a long way. Mike, the technician, is the only one I trust to work on our vehicles. He’s worked on my dad’s Toyota Tacoma, his Toyota Yaris, our Honda Odyssey van, and our Subaru Legacy — and every time, his work has been flawless. Mike knows his stuff, takes pride in what he does, and treats every car like it’s his own. When he fixes something, you can count on it being done right the first time. When we were looking to trade in our Honda Odyssey, both Morgan and Mike went above and beyond to help us out. They looked over the two cars we were considering, gave us honest expert advice, and made sure there were no hidden issues before we signed the papers. You don’t find that kind of service and care just anywhere. As long as Morgan and Mike are at Post Oak Toyota, that’s where our family will continue to take all of our vehicles for service. They’ve earned our full trust and respect. 5+ stars all the way — honest, dependable, and the best team you’ll find anywhere. More

I saw an incoming Supra online so I called to work a deal. I am an out of state buyer with a 777, 795 & 820 credit score and income to put me in Tier 1 financing. I secured my own financing through my c deal. I am an out of state buyer with a 777, 795 & 820 credit score and income to put me in Tier 1 financing. I secured my own financing through my credit Union. Adam told me send the rates you have and I’ll see if we can match them. He came back and said we can match the rates and possibly beat them. A week went by and still no alerts my credit had been ran. I let another week go by as Post Oak Toyotas website now showed the car in inventory. I reached out to Adam and said hey just checking in. Credit still hasn’t been ran and my credit Union takes a few days to process my loan. What’s the status on your end. I called and asked for a finance manager. Moments later Adam, not a finance manager replied and said: Hey I saw you were trying to get ahold of finance. What’s going on. I said my credit still hasn’t been ran why. I go into finance and finally sat to go over paperwork. 2.3% higher than my pre approval from my Credit Union. I asked finance why my credit is just now being ran when I put a deposit down and filled out a credit app a month ago? He was shocked and said it should have been done a while ago. Due to Adam misleading and lying to me, he has cost me $3,981.27 in increased finance charges. I could have secured my own financing and brought funds with me to purchase the car. I will never step foot in that dealership again. More
I am not one to leave reviews especially bad ones unless I feel there is without a doubt valid reasons to do so. I will never recommend or purchase a vehicle from them again. I worked with Chris Donaldson I feel there is without a doubt valid reasons to do so. I will never recommend or purchase a vehicle from them again. I worked with Chris Donaldson and I feel he definitely tried to screw me over on the financial part I was just tired and had been looking all day and I was just ready to be done. We had gone back and forth on payments and before I knew it I was just giving in. He definitely was a salesman bc I felt like crap after I left. Not the experience i hoped when purchasing a new car. But what I’m the most irritated about is lack of customer service or helpfulness when calling in after purchase. I had a couple issues and it took about a week of calling to finally talk to the right person about my extended warranty. I live almost 2 hours away so I was trying to take my newly bought car to a shop due to squeaking brakes. But in case it was something else I wanted to make sure my warranty could be found. Which it wasn’t in the national system. Post oak still has no answers for me…. Even their own service department couldn’t find it. Although it’s on my purchase agreement. So I brought it up to their service department and it’s gonna cost me over $200 on front brakes. I asked why that wasn’t taken care of before selling and they said unless it’s metal on metal they don’t replace them. They don’t do anything maintenance before selling the cars. I just don’t feel it’s good business to not care about your new costumers like that. Still haven’t got the warranty part figured out yet after many many phone calls. So when I purchase my kids vehicles and when anyone is looking I’ll definitely be telling them to stay away from this dealership! Not worth the headache More
Horrible experience. They are liars and will not return your phone calls after you leave. The receptionist is the only person you will get on the phone who is nice. Post Oak Toyota is a great place to buy a used or new vehicle. No high pressure sales. My experience has always been good. Salesman STEVE is great to work with and listens to what you want he didn’t t vehicle. No high pressure sales. My experience has always been good. Salesman STEVE is great to work with and listens to what you want he didn’t try to pressure us into a vehicle we did not want. Thanks STEVE. Not: I would not give the service department the same rating though. More
Purchased a brand new Tundra and the Infotainment system is possessed. Nothing works, it just freezes. I am an hour and a half from the closest dealership and they informed me I need to drive the truck ther is possessed. Nothing works, it just freezes. I am an hour and a half from the closest dealership and they informed me I need to drive the truck there to have it "diagnosed" (Toyota Brand Engagement has already confirmed that it needs to be replaced). Then they will order a new system. So 6 hours of driving back and forth to get a brand new vehicle functioning properly. More
