I had the craziest experience at your Midwest city location on July 29th 2026. We had been out car shopping all day in hot Oklahoma heat. We have been shopping for a 1500 or 2500 truck. We were heading home when my wife said hey there is post oak. It reminded me that they had a 2018 Cajun red Chevy Silverado. I'm a Chevy man. My last car I had I bought brand new a 2018 Cajun red Malibu. I drove that car to over 186k miles in 4 yrs. I loved that car. I love red. I love Chevy. I pulled in and told the salesman it's to hot let me drive around to see if you have what I wanted. It was there. I get out and have the salesman bring the truck up. It pretty and listed for 23 thousand and some change with 123k miles. Good deal. Yes. I drove the truck maybe 5 miles for test drive. Went back to the dealership Now here is what I cannot understand and I have sold almost everything over my life. Sold cars for Jackie Cooper and a few others. I know and said so much to the salesman. How was that morning bullpen meeting. Eom we have to much inventory get out and sale. Come to us with all deals. Nothing will be turned down. Right. Well that's normal at eom. Not at Post Oak they have customers dripping of of them. They have it so well that they can do business like this. We go inside to the desk. I asked for the sale. From the start I made it known I am buying! I am paying cash. So I ask for the price. He brought me the quote that was online. I said ok that is a good deal and I want a great deal. I counter with 21k. Now the salesman said probably no. I said that's ok here is my name, my phone number and the offer. If He accepts call me. Until then have a good day. My wife was already in the car and I was almost to the car when this happened. The salesman and Sales Manager came out the door to me. I'm thinking he was saying let's do it. Boy was I wrong Ben ( I think that was his name) shook my hand. Then he told me to basically to kick rocks, pound sand, hit the door. I was already leaving but he chased me down to tell me to go to another dealership and by another vehicle if I didn't like the Good deal that was offered. I wanted a great deal. I told him it was good not beat is town. He turned and went inside. Now knowing how most sms have spoken to me he told the salesman I was a xxx and I didn't have the money. The thought irritated me so I went inside and showed the salesman my checking account showing I had the funds. Your sales manager told 21 thousand dollars to hit the street 2 days before Eom. Wow. I have to say thank you to him. Today I bought a 2017 with 96 k miles for 19301. Cash!!!!! Eom bonuses for all!!!! Oh not at Post Oak. You owe the salesman money! It wasn't his fault! Sales Manager Cocky attitude looked at me and was like he can't do better. You were a last moment thought. Not even in the first 5 dealerships. The Horse was thirsty was looking for water, had wallet out to pay for the water. Walked up to the trough stuck my head down for water and for some really stupid idiotic dumb founded reason your sales manager wouldn't open the faucet. If I was a salesman here and read this I would wonder if management really has my back and if I can make money here if the manager is telling Cash customers to basically kiss his ___. More

Classic bait-and-switch dealership. ​They advertised a used 2024 Toyota Corolla LE online for $18,687 including doc fees. But when they handed me the worksheet, the price magically jumped to $20,487 (an extra $1,800 tacked onto the base price and doc fee). ​Then, they tried to sneak in a $1,495 "Post Oak Advantage" fee for features the vehicle didn't even have. When confronted, the salesperson literally brushed it off and changed the subject. ​That is $3,295 in bogus, hidden fees—bringing a used car to a grand total of $21,982! For comparison, I just bought a brand-new 2026 Corolla LE at another dealer for $23,638 out-the-door with a much lower monthly payment. ​When emailed, management offered empty apologies but refused to fix the numbers. I have officially reported their deceptive pricing and paperwork to the Attorney General and the BBB. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. More

I purchased vehicles from Post Oak Toyota in both 2023 and 2026. I had very good experiences with the sales staff on both purchases, but the finance and delivery process left me disappointed both times. and 2026. In 2023, I was told the “Post Oak Advantage” package on my truck included tint as part of a preloaded package. The truck I purchased did not have tint installed and nothing related to that package was ever added to the vehicle after delivery. In 2026, I specifically negotiated for a bed cover on another truck purchase. After delivery, I was told it had not been included because it was left off the financing paperwork. After researching reviews across Google, Yelp, DealerRater, and Carfax, I noticed many customers describing similar concerns involving add-on products, communication issues, pricing confusion, paperwork delays, and inconsistent follow-through. Based on my own experiences, I can understand why those complaints continue to appear. I do believe there are good employees at this dealership and some customers clearly have positive experiences. Worst car buying experience I have ever had. I drove from Tulsa to look at some 2025 Corollas they had listed on their website with less than 20 miles on them. Personally, I don’t think they even exist and are just a ploy to get you to the dealership so they can sell you a new car instead (as I asked about them several times, but they couldn’t find them even after showing the listing on their website). But I wasn’t against buying new (my last 2 cars were new purchases). The initial offer they gave me was laughable and I should have just left then. But they came back several more times with better deals. All of this was handwritten on the back of the initial offer and they even had me sign it like a legal document. The final offer was within my budget (plus it typically is a lower APR since it’s new and is now tax deductible), so I accepted it. I then spoke to the finance department and I added the extended warranty and GAP (which I have done with the last 2 new cars I have purchased and liked the peace of mind it gave me). And hey, he was going to give it to me at a discount since I’m a healthcare worker! I left happy thinking I had 3 months without a car payment (which I would need to use towards my tag, title and tax) and a new car that fit my budget. Imagine my surprise when I got my first bill that was not only about $60 more per month than we agreed upon, but also due 30 days after purchase. On top of that, the extra coverage was almost $10,000 (BEFORE INTEREST) on a $25,000 car. That’s when I went over the paperwork line by line. It was COMPLETELY different than what we had discussed. I must have tried to call the finance department, the salesman (Yousaf Siddique) and his sales manager (Joe Rosario) no less than 20 times without a call back. Finally I sent an angry text to Yousaf and I got a call a few minutes later from Joe saying he would contact the finance manager that handled my account and call me back…which never happened. So I finally just made the drive from Tulsa (which was difficult since I work 12+ hour shifts and have been picking up as many extra shifts as I can since I don’t have 3 months to save for my tag, title and tax). They had me talk to Andres (who was the guy from the finance department I’d initially talked to). He told me that Toyota never offers more than 45 days before first payment. Their website even says that they offer up to 90 days, but even if that weren’t true, that’s what we agreed to! I NEVER would have said “yes” otherwise. And then he tried to talk me out of canceling all the extended coverage and said I wasn’t overcharged for it. Thankfully I was able to cancel all of that, but it won’t make my payments any lower, it’s just going to bring down my principal. And I take accountability for the fact I didn’t read every single word of what I was signing (even though it was being summarized aloud for me). I just never thought people could be so blatantly dishonest (especially over the cheapest car they make). I did, however, keep ALL the receipts. It obviously won’t change anything for me, but I think the recordings of all our interactions and the paperwork showing something completely different might keep someone else from making the same mistake I did. After test driving the vehicle, I was informed that the dealership would be adding charges for window tint and nitrogen-filled tires — even though neither was on the car when I drove it and none of it was disclosed beforehand. These addendums seemed to materialize only after I was already on the lot. When I asked for the advertised price to be honored, I was told that wasn’t possible unless I agreed to these add-ons. If you enjoy surprise fees, imaginary accessories, this may be the place for you. If you prefer transparency and numbers that don’t require a plot twist, get a written buyer’s order before you go, because the online price is not the price you’ll be offered in person. I walked away — still impressed by how quickly extras can be added to a car without actually being added to the car. More

Mr. Muniz began helping me right away and we talked about the things I would like in a new Rav. I test drove 2, and settled on a 2025 Rav4 hybrid XLE. I love my new rav! I left something in the old vehicle late Friday night, and Joseph went out of his way to bring it to us the next morning!
