The internet sales director Jeff Stone was fantastic to work with and really worked hard to help with my sale!! I purchased a used vehicle from Post Oak Toyota on July abs have had absolutely no customer service. I was advised that it had passed their “120 point inspection” and I relied on that as the car didn’t hav abs have had absolutely no customer service. So far, I’ve had to replace bald tires, new suspension (1200.00 worth) and an update for $100. When I called, I was directed to speak with the salesman and he basically said there was nothing they could do. I have not received the title yet either More

I have MS and am in the middle of a flare up, so I am too sick to leave my home or even my chair for any length of time. The car we had tagged online was no longer available, so I told them where was important to me in financing, the type of vehicle, the mileage etc. It didn’t take them long to find the perfect car. Jacob FaceTimed me, and took me through the car showing me all the bells and whistles, I was thrilled with it. Then we began stressing about how we would get the car back to our home 30 minutes away. Jacob offered to drive it to our home, come in and have me sign the papers, and had a co-worker follow him to take him back to the dealership. The young lady who assisted with financing, Kylie, was super sweet, and very professional in helping my husband and I complete the financing with me here and Thomas there. Thank you very much to both Kylie and Jacob for all your kindness and help in getting me a new car to love! More

I had a recall for a fuel pump on my 2018 Tacoma. Mark my service advisor asked if I needed any other services. I did need a rotate and balance. I wasn't due for my oil change for 2K miles but I decided to a service advisor asked if I needed any other services. I did need a rotate and balance. I wasn't due for my oil change for 2K miles but I decided to anyway. When I got there for my 8am appointment at 745 they were swamped. You couldn't tell it by Mark, cool and pleasant. The driver, who I forgot his name was about to leave, asked if i needed a ride, when i said yes he jumped into action and took me to Mark so they could get me signed up. Then we started our drive. Your driver was the best ever, read traffic excellently, I was a driving instructor at Dowell/Schlumberjer international training center in Kellyville, he knows his way around the city and never once did anything to make me feel unsafe. To top it off he held a good conversation and talked about how much he liked working for Post Oak. Excellent represenitive of your business. When it was close for my truck to be done I was picked up and got there as they were completing my work. The billing department got me in and out so quickly and easily that I forgot my big jug and daytimer. I dove off and realized what had happened. When i got back and stepped in the room the lady that had checked me out saw me and went to the back to pick it up and give to me. Thankfully she had moved it so somebody didn't decide to walk away with it. Thank you for an excellent day and the chance to ineract with excellent people. More
Well, they advertised a 2006 Pacifica 200,000+ miles for $2000. $1500 off regular price. I messaged them Friday night and no one called Monday. I called them, they acknowledged my message and said it's just $2000. $1500 off regular price. I messaged them Friday night and no one called Monday. I called them, they acknowledged my message and said it's just a parts car, it doesn't run. KBB shows the trade in value for this car as $400 RUNNING and private value as $2000. At least they didn't drag me in and then tell me. But ADVERTISE accurately. More
Terrible buying experience. Paid $26,000 for a used vehicle only to have check engine light come on within 24 hrs of leaving. Took the vehicle back and they cleared the codes and told me there was not vehicle only to have check engine light come on within 24 hrs of leaving. Took the vehicle back and they cleared the codes and told me there was nothing wrong. After talking with service manager, he gave his word that if the issue came back that they would take care of it. Issue came back and now they are telling me there is nothing they can do. This issue is on top of having to replace the tires because they were cupped severely ($600), having brakes replaced ($200), motor mount replaced ($350) and a tail light replaced ($300 - not just a bulb). This is all within 30 days! Spoke to sales manager and their suggestion was to purchase another vehicle from them. I will NEVER buy anything else from them and will tell anyone that I know to stay clear of this place! More
