He was nothing but positive, if he didn’t have the answer- he went to go and find it. My mother is even going to go see him when she decides to trade in her car. HORRIBLE I came in to buy a new car. Initially, they offered me one car and I put a deposit down on that car. Then, they said that they could not get that car I came in to buy a new car. Initially, they offered me one car and I put a deposit down on that car. Then, they said that they could not get that car and got me another that did not have all of the features as the first. I agreed to get this car if they added on a feature and they made me pay extra for that feature. THEN they rushed me to fill out the credit application and explained NOTHING in the process. Two days later, I had multiple hard inquiries on my credit that I had no clue where they came from. Apparently, instead of using Toyota Financial Services (like other dealerships) they just run your credit to no end. This has damaged my credit. I called to try to get this rectified and they told me "Ignorance is no excuse." In addition, my BRAND NEW CAR is missing part of the door (which I had not noticed- because it was dark- until after I drove off of the lot). More

Everywhere else told me 4-6 weeks minimum and expect to pay full price! I hate buying a car. I never feel like the salesperson is telling me the truth, listening to my needs or truly working on my behalf. However, Marwan Shahin has completely changed my views and made the experience everything it should be. His warm character immediately sheds the “salesman” vibe I’ve become so quick to distrust and his genuine, caring demeanor shows he truly wants to give his clients a wonderful experience that they will remember for the rest of their lives. I was looking for a RAV 4 hybrid and was very specific on the trim and packages. Bob Howard and Jim Norton both told me expect to wait 4-6 weeks to get the one I want and I’d have to pay full price. Within 24 hours of speaking with Marwan, I was driving off the lot with my dream car at a reasonable price. I couldn’t believe how efficient and honest he was throughout the entire process. Marwan treated us like family and we will forever recommend him and Hudiburg for anyone wanting a car!! More

Rennie is your go to!!! My rating is for RENNIE Rennie is not your typical salesman!! He goes above and beyond. He is a good person, not sure how he ended up a car salesman! I was misinformed about a price on the wrong vehicle & I was so upset that I didn’t want to go back! I had taken my lunch to pick up a car that they had quoted me wrong on and instead of calling me ahead of time I got there and the bomb was dropped on me. I went to another dealership and was actually in possession of one of their vehicles I planned to purchase when Rennie called me and tried to reconcile the mistake. He drove a vehicle to my job for me to test drive since I couldn’t keep leaving! He was super understanding and caring! He did everything he could to make it right (a lot more than his “bosses”). Although I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this particular dealership, I would definitely recommend Rennie to family & friends!!! He will treat you like family of his own! I hope he is around for my next car! Thanks so much for making me feel secure in my purchase! More
