Worst communication imaginable. I took off work to have Tundra serviced; upon arrival they said they did not have the parts and told me to call service adviser in 10 days to resched I took off work to have Tundra serviced; upon arrival they said they did not have the parts and told me to call service adviser in 10 days to reschedule. Service Adviser never returned my call. They promised a loaner for full day service and when I called again, they said I would need to wait for loaner dept to call me. Never happened. Called the Service Manager for explanation of how things work. I was told they would send and urgent message for a callback. He never called. They do not understand or care about service.
