They tell you that because they don’t want you to fill out your review three weeks later when you’re still waiting for your title and trade-in to be paid off after you have been receiving late notices from your finance company. Finance man named John is rude and short and apparently lies about when receiving documents from credit union and causes delay in finalization by not wanting to do their jobs. I have been sending emails that are replied back with one line of “Pay off will be complete when we receive check. “ The lady I purchased the car from was awesome and easy to deal with. I had no problems with her and the way she handled her business. I did call The next day because I was told I could not get a lower interest rate through my credit union that I do all my business with. I contacted the credit union in the next day and we did get a lower interest-rate. So called the next day to switch all my stuff to the credit union they were upset because I canceled my gap and my extended warranty because I do all of that through the credit union. So the man that I talk to you on the phone that day was upset with me which I believe is what is causing all the delays in taking care of all these matters. More
