End of the Day, They Fixed Their Mistake I purchased a 2015 Ram Bighorn from Hudiburg Toyota on a Thursday. I should have known something was wrong with it when we had to fill up a couple of I purchased a 2015 Ram Bighorn from Hudiburg Toyota on a Thursday. I should have known something was wrong with it when we had to fill up a couple of tires before we could take it on a test drive. By Friday evening, the low tire pressure light had come on and the same two tires that we filled up two days prior on test drive, were showing low again. I texted my saleswoman Natasha and she said they would look at it on Monday. Took the truck in on Monday and they gave me a truck to drive in the meantime as my wife and I were moving that day. The tires were looked at and I thought fixed and we got it back the same evening. On the way home from the dealership, my wife and I stopped for dinner. After dinner, I started the truck up and the check engine light came on. Needless to say I was VERY angry after just getting it back from the dealership. I was going to take the truck into the dealership on Tuesday. I was driving to work Tuesday morning and the fuel sensor failed. I was really fuming by this point. I went to work and dropped off the truck for a second time in less than a week. They were very professional and were even ready to trade back for the truck and give me something else. Unfortunately, they didn't have another similar truck so I asked them to fix the truck and give it a clean bill of health. They had the truck from Tuesday-Friday when I finally got the truck back. Guess what happened Saturday morning? If you guessed the low tire pressure light came back on you'd be correct. This time, they came to my work on a Monday and picked up the truck for a THIRD time. Yes, my truck was in their shop three times in less than two weeks of ownership. They actually had the truck more than I did the first 10 days of ownership. This time they finally replaced the tires after being in the shop for a couple of days as they had to order them. I have to give Natasha credit for being very professional and understanding with my frustrations with the truck. Every time she was there to get me a loaner truck to drive while mine was in service and made the dealings with management on my behalf. She answered my texts within a reasonable time and always felt bad for my misfortunes. The entire team at Hudiburg stepped up when they didn't have to. They could have said "You bought a used truck, you knew what you were getting yourself into." They didn't though. They fixed their mistakes and righted the wrong. I only took off a star because of the truck, the rest of the experience was great, even if it did test my patience a bit. More
