I think he was completely surprised I bought the car from him, but I bought it because I had been researching cars for a couple months before I walked into the lot. The "infotainment expert" kind of stuck me as an xxx but he softened up a bit though my first impression was still there. What I appreciated most though was the guy who ensure that I got a better interest rate from one of their lenders than I had with my pre approved auto loan from Navy Federal. He worked hard to ensure that I got a 3.67 interest rate which was better than the 3.99 I had from Navy Fed. He also didnt try to oversell me the warranty packages which I appreciated. He genuinely tried to find me what was best for my situation. Also, when I had to come back to deliver the title to my old car that I had traded in, I saw a different salesman. He looked slightly sad when he realized I had already just bought a car, however when I told him which car I bought he gave me a high 5 and it made my day because I could tell it was genuine and he meant it. More
