Overall not bad The salesman was nice and seemed to be a genuine human being. I think he was completely surprised I bought the car from him, but I bought it because I had been researching cars for a couple months before I walked into the lot. The "infotainment expert" kind of stuck me as an xxx but he softened up a bit though my first impression was still there. What I appreciated most though was the guy who ensure that I got a better interest rate from one of their lenders than I had with my pre approved auto loan from Navy Federal. He worked hard to ensure that I got a 3.67 interest rate which was better than the 3.99 I had from Navy Fed. He also didnt try to oversell me the warranty packages which I appreciated. He genuinely tried to find me what was best for my situation. Also, when I had to come back to deliver the title to my old car that I had traded in, I saw a different salesman. He looked slightly sad when he realized I had already just bought a car, however when I told him which car I bought he gave me a high 5 and it made my day because I could tell it was genuine and he meant it. We had a great a experience thanks to Joshua Wells! I started helping my son-in-law look online for a nice used truck and was actually talking to several different dealerships in the Tulsa area when I h I started helping my son-in-law look online for a nice used truck and was actually talking to several different dealerships in the Tulsa area when I happen to come across a great truck at Hudiburg Toyota in Midwest City. Joshua Wells texted me the details of the truck and was so kind AND NOT PUSHY at all, which I really appreciated because I was already getting tons of messages from other pushy sales people at our local dealerships. When he took the extra time to make and send me a video of the inside and out of the truck then we saw that it was exactly what we were looking for and new it would be worth the drive from Broken Arrow to Midwest City. We had a great sales experience and drove home with the truck that day. I will go back to Joshua Wells when I'm ready to trade in my vehicle next. More
