Joshua's (Hudiburg) email stood out when he wrote "I can tell you right now that we beat every Toyota dealer in the state on price." He was not kidding! Not only did Hudiburg give me an unbeatable price on a new Taco TDR OR, they gave a generous price on my trade in (Thank you Recon Department!) When I visited the lot, Marshall took care of me on Josh's day off, showed some trucks, went on a test drive and answered all questions about every trim I was interested in. Couple days later I went back and Josh picked up from there. I can tell you I liked Marshall and Joshua right off the bat. Both were friendly and knowledgeable, and despite the cliche, really did not pressure me and were happy to spend all the time I needed. Jacob, the sales manager who approved the great deal, along with Josh went out of their way, late in the evening, to retrieve the truck from downtown and the rest is history. I'd also like to mention Benton Douglas (Business Mgr in finance). Benton is an obvious expert in his field, friendly and a great guy. His handling of the paperwork was also the best that I've ever experienced. This is my 5th new car purchase in life and it was the best experience and deal of them all. Now I'm a Hudiburg Toyota customer for life! I don't care if I move to Timbuktu, I'm buying at Hudiburg. A hearty "Thank You!" to everyone at Hudiburg Toyota! More

Normal excellent service Hudiberg Toyota has returned to it's previous excellent customer service focus of a couple of years ago; I talk with the service scheduler ON SITE who Hudiberg Toyota has returned to it's previous excellent customer service focus of a couple of years ago; I talk with the service scheduler ON SITE who knows who I am and can even describe which car I have, without having to put me on hold for 20 minutes in Florida to discuss how to navigate the screen and status of my repairs. I GET TO TALK with SERVICE PEOPLE! and they are not pushing unnecessary or unreal repairs. (at least Not with me...) Keep going More
