Empty guarantees and Thieves Daughter knew which car she wanted to look at. She emailed a salesperson to make arrangements for a drive. Person said car would be ready out front. Told the person we had financing already and just wanted to do paperwork and get out. Person insisted and guaranteed it would take less than an hour to get out the door. It did not. It was an hour before we got in to talk to the finance guy who was the only good thing about this terrible dealership. When I told the sales person he had 10 minutes left he said that he was done with what he had to do so his guarantee was over. I reminded him that it was an out the door guarantee and told him that it was garbage and don't make guarantees you can't back up. The sales person also asked for my insurance card for my vehicle which was not part of the transaction and I never got it back. I asked for it back several times and finally just left cause I could get another one. Then after she signed the papers he wanted to keep the car my daughter just bought to detail it and told us we could come get it next week sometime. She declined and we left. I never got my insurance card back. I won't be back any time soon. Only gave two stars cause the finance person was pretty good. The sales person was a lying shady thief. More
