WORSE DEALER IN OKC Worse dealer in OKC. Will never to business with these dealer again and would advise others to not buy from them either. That dealer is the most deal Worse dealer in OKC. We found a 2014 runner on there web site. we went down and got to the dealer. First off the sellman just let us take the 4 runner out all my ourself (my wife and I) Not knowing us!!! Heck we could have taken it and never returned.Then why we was in doing the financing we ask the guy to check around to get the best rate and he acted like we was crazy and he only check a couple and gave us the best rate from them when we have the best credit out there and I know I could have gotten lower rate. Then we ask for the 4 runner to be detailed why we finish up on the paper work. which it was not done!!! Then we had $5000.00 down after all the paper work was done. We could have walk right out of the dealer and never payed them the money they never even ask for it. But being good people we payed them. How stupid of them!!! Then the sellman said he would call and get the XM radio working the next day. Took a month just to get the XM Radio working.Which I had to get it fix myself. So we lost out on 30 days of the XM Radio trial.The Sellsman said he was going to call to get it extended this stll has not been done. Then all of our paperwork got sent to the wrong financing company one in new mexico when it was suppose to go to dallas. Took the Dealer over a month to figure out what happen to the paper work. when it should have only taken 4 days at the most. When the Dealer told me that they had a tracking numer. Right there should have told them that it got sent to the wrong place. it has a address of where it got shipped too. Instead they are to stupid to know how to track a package and can't figure out where our paper work went. So the dealer sent us another 30 day tag until they got all the paperwork squared away.Also any good Dealer ship would call there people and follow up on how they like the vehicle no calls at all. If I had not called the dealer I still probably would still never had heard for the dealer or the financing company. Then the Gerenal mananger Jim Patch should not even been in be in job because he obviously does not know how to run a dealer ship he don't care about things that go on in he dealership that is why it is all disorganized. I talk to him personally on the phone. The guys don't give a rip about customs because he treated me like a nobody after i just spent 40K at there dealer. He obviously does not need to be in that job tiles he is in because you don't treat customers that way over the phone or in person. Then After talking to the financing company the Retail installment sale contract was a month a part on the payment due date. mine should 3/19 due date there should 4/16. which is something else the dealer jacked up on. SO BUYER BEWARE THESE DEALER IS A JOKE. 918-720-2050 is my numer if you want to call me about these dealer!!! More

Untruthful Jerks My fiance and I went in to look at a car yesterday, and we were sold on an 06 Honda Accord. So we sit down to talk price, and pretty soon the sticker My fiance and I went in to look at a car yesterday, and we were sold on an 06 Honda Accord. So we sit down to talk price, and pretty soon the sticker price of $11,900 went up to over 16k...I should have just called it quits there, but my fiance really wanted this car. So we went and filled out some paperwork. Of which they kept all of it, minus the receipt for our down payment. They let me take the car home without having anything finalized...(I thought that was a little weird, but it's my first time buying a car, so I didn't pay any attention to that detail.) When I went to pull the car into the driveway, the tranny slipped right after I shifted from reverse to drive. It did it again when I backed out of the driveway this morning. So we took the car back. We went in and explained the problem, and that seeing as how nothing was finalized, we just wanted to get our money back and go a different route. That's when the sales manager came out and was extremely hostile with me. He went to the point of calling me a liar to my face. Finally, we got our money back and left. This experience was so frustrating, I will never set foot on that lot again, nor will I ever do business with any dealership in the Hudiburg family. More
