After going through so much trouble with riding around in a Ford Escape, my wife and I decided to take it over to Post Oak Toyota where we were welcomed by Yousaf. Yousaf made the trade-in process painless a a Ford Escape, my wife and I decided to take it over to Post Oak Toyota where we were welcomed by Yousaf. Yousaf made the trade-in process painless and quick. We ran into some trouble with repairs having to be made on the Escape but both Yousaf & Jerry were able to work with us. Overall great experience, great conversations, no pressure to buy, and we walked out with a Toyota! Highly recommend going to Yousaf for first time buyers. More

I just purchase my first car from Post Oak, MWC last week. After having terrible experiences for two months, a friend talked me into test driving a Toyota. Post Oak is the closest location to where I live, in the Plaza District/ Down Town OKC. Luckily, they had both vehicles in stock that I wanted to test drive, even though one was a Honda CRV. Karen was my salesperson and she was awesome. As a first time buyer she and her team made everything painless and I felt extremely comfortable. My mother and I would highly recommend buying a car from Karen and her team. The finance department was also a positive experience for me, Joe was excited about his job and seemed eager to educate me as a first time buyer. I truly believe they had my back and wanted the best deal for me. I have driven used Honda’s since my 20s but, I will forever drive a Toyota now and purchase it from Karen and Post Oak. More

For those of you following my 2023 Tacoma: I initially gave this Dealer bad reviews, based on poor "communications", misunderstandings, and Sales Floor People who could use more education on their product gave this Dealer bad reviews, based on poor "communications", misunderstandings, and Sales Floor People who could use more education on their product they are representing. Once I established good communication with management, things started happening. Unfortunately, an unforeseen problem with Toyota Corp Policies put delays into easily resolving this issue. But this did not stop management Carlos, Hamilton, and a few other key people from trying to resolve this issue quickly. And resolve it they did. I know by experience, the effort they exerted into making this old Toyota customer happy, and I can't thank them enough. They should be very proud of that commitment. I had my doubts they could fix the problem, but they did just that. Toyota Corp did help, but at a different angle, "a kind of involved, but officially not involved". A Special "Thank You" goes to Toyota Corp. This experience has taught me your never too old to learn something. But I do know, communications is everything when dealing with customers. KDR More

Whatever you do DONT buy anything from these people! Bought a car and they would only sell it to me if I bought a 4K warranty through them! Then within a month the brakes went out! Of course that isn’t Bought a car and they would only sell it to me if I bought a 4K warranty through them! Then within a month the brakes went out! Of course that isn’t covered by them! The promised a backup camera. Even though I had it in writing they backtracked on that and still tap dance around it 6 months later. I will be asking the military to put this dealership on the list of places military people can’t shop! Swindlers and liars! Run away fast! More

We were looking for a 2023 Tacoma which we found at Post Oak Toyota. "V" sent us a sheet listing all the options which we still have. Got there only to find out an important option was not on the vehicle. Oak Toyota. "V" sent us a sheet listing all the options which we still have. Got there only to find out an important option was not on the vehicle. But, we drove quite a ways and decided to take the Tacoma home anyway. . Got home washed the new Tacoma only to find it had damage. Tried getting in touch with management, they will not return or acknowledge my many calls and e-mails. It appears they want arbitration, then litigation. Zero professional courtesy. Will contact Toyota Corp Office tomorrow & start the Arbitration process. Will keep this site posted as to the outcome. . More
