Had a very good experience that actually ended up not being too good at the end. And it's no fault of the salesman Cedrick Carter who was absolutely AMAZING! Very transparent, trustworthy, and downright being too good at the end. And it's no fault of the salesman Cedrick Carter who was absolutely AMAZING! Very transparent, trustworthy, and downright the greatest salesman I have EVER worked with. You can work with him knowing full well that he is working in your best interest and will try his hardest to get you the car you want! Unfortunately the service department let me down big time and Cedrick is the only reason why this review isn't a 2 or even a 1 star. They had supposedly fixed an issue that my car had before the deal was made (a check engine light with an emissions system warning) it appears that they either fixed the wrong thing or only made a temporary fix because a couple hours after the deal was done and I was long gone, the car had the same exact check engine light as before the deal was done. So I checked to see if they could do something and was turned away and told thats all they could do. I undertand if a completely different issue came up with the car, i understand that would be on me, but i felt extremely disrespected by the service department considering your dealership just made a ton of money on my car deal and I had the impression that that issue would be permanently fixed. In the end, the sales department is fantastic, but I absolutely would be skeptical of the service department. It's a shame they couldn't properly do their job otherwise this would be a 5/5 stars. More
