Don't expect a call back from Mark in financing. Whenever we would call to figure out what was going on, he was always "with a customer." But he never bothered to return our phone calls no matter how many messages we left. Only after we had to talk with the GM did we finally get a call back. This happened over the course of 3 weeks and not once did he call us on his own accord; it was ALWAYS after we talked with the GM.
The deal fell through (THANK GOODNESS since we weren't even worth their time of day) and when he called us to tell us we needed to return the car and get the check (for our downpayment) we told him we weren't coming in till the check was there due to the 45 minute drive there. When the check was ready we told him we would be in after 6pm. He didn't bother to tell us that the accounting department holds the checks and would be closed at that time. So we drive all the way out there and guess what....no check! Either he was a complete idiot or he intentionally did it because he wasn't going to get commission.
Our experience at Hudiberg was horrible because of one finance guy and his lack of customer service, communication, professionalism and common sense.
We will not be going back.
