Communication and customer care was not good. My journey with them began in June. It started off good. I just got my car back this week, and it still has problems, but it will not be going back to them for repair. They made mistakes, know they did, but never acknowledged or apologized for it. Then, have the audacity to want me to pay the labor charges for repair. I had a great service advisor in the beginning, he communicated the issues and kept me update on the repairs, but he quit.
