Potamkin Hyundai excellence. From the moment I entered Potamkin Hyundai the buying experience was professional and comfortable. I knew what vehicle I wanted to see as Jack Schwart From the moment I entered Potamkin Hyundai the buying experience was professional and comfortable. I knew what vehicle I wanted to see as Jack Schwartz, the GM had already emailed me in response to an inquiry. He also called me and invited me in. The email included several vehicles from the Santa Fe line I had shown interest in during my inquiry. I asked the salesperson near the front to see the vehicles and showed my email and Ariel had me at one of the vehicles minutes later. He took my wife and I thru all the major features of the Hyundai and answered a ton of questions we had. His best attribute was not discounting my wife's questions even though he knew she didn't drive. That was very important in our decision. Ariel took us on a test drive that afternoon and allowed us to really get a good feel for the vehicle. Some test drives are limited to around a corner and back to the dealership. This was not my experience here. I got to see how everything worked and felt. My last purchase was sixteen years previous and technology has exploded since then. I got to see the various new toys work like the parking cameras, the lane departure warnings, vehicle blind spot detection warnings etc. Ariel discussed the vehicle and our needs at length and then brought Jack the GM over. Jack took time and answered questions and then gave us a price on each of the three vehicles we had looked at. All were below what I had expected as an initial quote, and quite frankly below my expectations on a negotiated price. I am extremely happy with the complete buying experience and am very comfortable giving a thumbs up to Potamkin Hyundai overall and in particular Ariel Rodriguez my sales person and Jack Schwartz the General Manager.
