I called Mike Wirth before visiting dealership and we agreed on the price I wanted to pay for that particular model. The price we paid was exactly the one we agreed on and we never felt being pushed into buying any additional services or packages, even though we were given complete explanation what are those additional services / packages are. Mike explained everything we needed to know about our new car, and took care of all paperwork. It only took us couple hours from the moment we walked into the dealership until we were driving a new Nissan Maxima 2012 from the dealership lot. Thank you so much for your help guys! Oleg More

Brought my Armada in to Poughkeepsie Nissan because the air leveler system was not working properly. The issue was "fixed". I contacted Nissan Customer Service for assitance as this is not a part of the air leveler system was not working properly. The issue was "fixed". I contacted Nissan Customer Service for assitance as this is not a part of the truck that should fail after 40,000 miles. After being extremely passive-aggressive, Customer Service called to say they would be assisting with the repair costs. They then called back to say would not be assisting with repair costs. Talk about passive-aggressive. Fast forward 4 months and the air leveler system is no longer working in exactly the same way it wasn't working previously. I brought the truck in....again. After being there for a week, I was told that there was a connection problem causing the issue. Of course this was completely unrelated to the first repair. However, now in addition to this connection problem there was a hole in the air lines, which they failed to replace the first time. First repair $1000+. Second repair $350. When I asked Danny the Service Manager if they would now stand behind this repair he said, "You should not have any future problems, but if you do come see me and I will try and work something out." I said, "What does that mean? I have now paid to have the whole thing replaced?". Danny replied, "It's a nice day, go get your car washed. Here's a coupon." He then tossed the coupon at me and pretended I no longer existed and would literally not respond to any future questions. Anyone who buys a Nissan product is crazy. More
Originally worked up a monthly payment of less than 300.00 on a used vehicle. Within four days of getting the run around, him not returning calls and general poor follow-up, the payment had skyrocketed 300.00 on a used vehicle. Within four days of getting the run around, him not returning calls and general poor follow-up, the payment had skyrocketed to over 410.00...This guy will work you like a rented mule if he thinks you want the car bad enough. After we requested our deposit back he went "ghetto" on us. Rude, nasty and trashy.....Stay Clear...There are plenty of places in the area to spend your hard earned money.... More
Took 2009 Nissan Maxima in for oil change and update of navigation system. Arrived at 8:30am. Was there until 3:30pm if you can believe that! Total incompetents!!! no one knew how to install update and k navigation system. Arrived at 8:30am. Was there until 3:30pm if you can believe that! Total incompetents!!! no one knew how to install update and kept giving me a stroke job the whole time! You would think that they would at least throw in the oil change for nothing considering that I was there the entire day! NO! This is the absolute worst service center I have ever been to and I will never bring my vehicle here again! And I will tell everyone I know to never even think about buying a car here! I am definitely writing a letter to Nissan Headquarters! More
