I bought my used hyundai accent back in August 2020. I originally went in for a used Ford they had listed. I called to confirm they had it and scott told me they did. I got there within 20 min and then he told me whoops we just sold it. Most likely he lied about it in the beginning just to get me to come in. Then they had another used vehicle that I decided to settle on. It was all good till the end of September. Turns out the car had a bad engine. Either their mechanics don't know what they are doing or they KNOWINGLY sold me a bad car. I'm leaning more towards them knowing it was a bad car. I've called to let them know what was going on so they could make it right, but they keep passing the phone to other people and say they will call me back. I didnt buy a car so it could have these problems and just for it to be parked in my garage. If you are military please stay away from this dealership. No I do not recommend this dealership EDIT: So I was contacted by general manager Sam Kimbro. I brought my vehicle back in Nov 16 so they could take a look at it. They did an oil consumption test and saw that it was burning oil fast. I am going to bring the vehicle back Nov 25 so they can fix it. And the saga continues.... More
