Poway Honda was so helpful. I went in for a oil change. I had a coupon from Pacific Honda. They still honored it. They did a full inspection and we're completely honest on what m I went in for a oil change. I had a coupon from Pacific Honda. They still honored it. Not a Good Day Made appointment on line for 25,000 mile service. Painless. Waited for service to be completed. One hour. Very reasonable. Left. On way home message came on to warn me about Tire Inflation. Not Good. That was supposed to be checked during service. Wrote email about it. Next day received a call that I should bring car back in. Not Good. Basically, I overpaid for services that were not satisfactory. Not Happy. More

I recently brought my car in because it was leaking engine oil. Marco Ramirez fixed up my car in less than 24 hours. Not only did he make sure that everything was back in working order, but he also changed my car's oil and rotated the tires too. Really great service! More

Above and beyond I had a great experience at Poway Honda. I was having a part installed that my husband purchased over the internet, where they charged a labor fee. T I had a great experience at Poway Honda. I was having a part installed that my husband purchased over the internet, where they charged a labor fee. Turns out that it did not apply because they were not eh ones to install the part, and the cost of labor was way under the correct cost which was about 6 times higher. After a discussion with the manager it was installed for the quoted price, and done in a very short period of time. What happened was not their responsibility but they made sure that they had a happy customer! More
