Very Good Service! I dropped my CR_V off on Thursday afternoon since I had an appointment on Friday morning, and they did most of the work on Thursday and called me befo I dropped my CR_V off on Thursday afternoon since I had an appointment on Friday morning, and they did most of the work on Thursday and called me before closing to tell me what needed to be done. I picked up the CR-V on Friday morning at 10:00 AM all work done and the car was washed. Great place. I recommend it highly! More

But Inconsistent! Generally good but variable. After waiting 45 minutes to be checked in for service I had to leave. With scheduled appointment I expected to be greete Generally good but variable. Due to post July 4 holiday and 50% short staffing I could not wait and left. Why was I not notified giving me an option to reschedule? Rescheduled second appoint went as usually very well, efficient, and as expected. Asked by email about the difficulty no answer was received. This inconsistency also occurred with my use of Honda road service failure which left me stranded waiting for three and half hours to have service arrive. Contact Poway Honda about the abysmal road service and received no response. RoadOne was the "contracted?" service provider. I recommend never using them. More
