Yesterday, I took my car to Poway Honda to test the battery and replace it, if needed. Recently, I realized slow start. My service advisor, Marco is truly OUTSTANDING! Marco clearly explained the situation and the need to replace the battery. I had made an appointment and when I got there, he greeted me within minutes. He is extremely nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and trust worthy. It is always a pleasure to see and chat with him about the car service needs and other things. So pleasant and friendly! Marco always goes the extra mile to make my visit to Poway Honda service department a pleasant one. He provides me with useful information on near future service recommendations and any existing Honda recalls. I waited over there and it only took about an hour and half for the battery test and replacement including a complementary multi-point inspection. Marco also gave me a copy of the Honda 100 Month Battery Warranty certificate. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and drinking water, gourmet coffee and some snacks are available. There is also a popcorn machine so you can help yourself with warm popcorn as well while waiting. All service advisors and staff are nice, friendly and professional at Poway Honda. I had a chance to say hi to my other good friends at Poway Honda, Al and Joseph. I also said hi to Gary in the Sales Department and got a quick update on the 2024 new Honda cars availability. I have been so lucky to deal with both of them for many years and they have always exceeded my expectations and have done a wonderful job every time. Al and Marco always go the extra mile to make my visit to Poway Honda service department a pleasant one. It is truly a blessing to have such great service advisors and an excellent service department at Poway Honda. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Poway Honda for the exceptional service provided by their outstanding employees. Damien and Ray truly went above and beyond to assist us with a problem we Honda for the exceptional service provided by their outstanding employees. Damien and Ray truly went above and beyond to assist us with a problem we were experiencing with our 2012 Odyssey. After visiting a tire store for a routine rotation and balance, we encountered a severe wobble in the front end of our vehicle. Despite the tire store's efforts, they were unable to identify the root cause and recommended that I have the front end examined. When I explained the issue to Damien, he promptly enlisted the help of Ray. They took the initiative to take me for a test drive in order to replicate the problem. Ray diligently drove the car and tried various techniques until he successfully reproduced the issue. As a result, I left the car in their capable hands for further inspection. A few hours later, I received a message informing me that they were unable to properly balance the front tires due to the excessive weights added by the tire store. They even provided photographic evidence and suggested that I replace the tires. They offered me a competitive price for the new tires and, recognizing that it had been some time, I also requested an alignment. I am pleased to report that our car now glides down the road smoothly, without any shaking. This outcome would not have been possible without the exceptional service and dedication of Damien and Ray at Poway Honda. Their commitment to resolving our issue is truly commendable, and I am grateful for their professionalism and expertise. More
Employees are great but the rules of the company are too rigid. I purchased a lemon from them. It has taken me almost a year to get rid of it. Trading it in for another used vehicle was a nightmare. I was at the dealership for almost 8 hours and finally ended up trading the lemon in for a 3 year leased vehicle because my monthly payment was similar to the lemon. More
Worst delearship ever. i had appointment for service for a recall, change oil, transmission issue for a 3month old bnew vehicle with only 5844miles that i purchased from th i had appointment for service for a recall, change oil, transmission issue for a 3month old bnew vehicle with only 5844miles that i purchased from them. plus a $900 towhitch install. looking for a 1k. plus worth of service. i have 9:40am appointment but i came there early at 9am. after 5.5hrs. of wait without taking my lunch i found out that my car was just sitting across the street untouched. they dont offer loaner vehicle and they said herts rental is out of vehicle so i said ok ill wait. after 5hrs. i asked whats the update they said theve been diagnosting it. soon to find out that my car was just park accross the street. they didnt even test drove it. not a single mile added after i checked in. whats the purpose of an appointment if thats the case. take note im the 2nd person that walked away at that very same day pissed. not even a sorry to the service advisor named "Dane Long". he said "ill just pull out your car if you want" so i walked out pissed and nothing was done to my vehicle. wasted 6hrs of my time. I will not set my foot to this dealership again! More
