It is so nice to have a very good Honda dealership/service and an excellent service advisor in your town. I have been lucky to have both for many years in San Diego. They are: Poway Honda and Marco Ramirez, my service advisor. I have been taking my Honda cars to Poway Honda service department for a long time, and Marco has been always excellent. He is extremely nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and trust worthy. He always goes the extra mile to make my visit to Poway Honda service department a pleasant one. Several days ago, I took my Honda accord to Poway Honda for a windshield replacement. It had cracked as a result of a rock hitting the glass on the road. I was very nervous since windshield had to be replaced nicely and the cameras had to be also correctly recalibrated. Marco clearly explained to me how the windshield will be replaced. The windshield will be replaced by their subcontractor All-Star Glass in Poway and then all the cameras will be recalibrated by Poway Honda. He gave me an estimate and started the communication with my insurance company. He also ordered all the necessary parts such as moldings and clips. The parts were ready next day and the windshield was nicely and professionally replaced by All-Star Glass and cameras were recalibrated by Marco team. It looked very nice and was just like a brand new windshield. They all did an extremely nice and clean job. I waited in their nice waiting area that is very clean and comfortable with gourmet coffee, water, popcorn, and delicious home-backed chocolate chip cookies. I also had a chance to say hi to Sheryal and Al in the service department and Gary in the sales department. They are all super nice and friendly. I thank Sheryal for her appointment reminders and service follow ups. I highly recommend Poway Honda service department and dealership to my family, friends, and others. Yesterday, I took my car to Poway Honda to be serviced. As always, Al Rodriguez and technical staff at Poway Honda service department were excellent in servicing my Honda Accord. He made my visit to Poway Honda service department a very nice experience and I was very happy with the job they did. Al is extremely nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and trust worthy. He always goes the extra mile to make my visit to Poway Honda service department a pleasant one. He and technical staff recommended and performed some additional work on my car, which was very important. I had made an appointment and when I got there, Joe greeted me very nicely and then within minutes, Al checked me in for the service. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and drinking water and gourmet coffee are back. They also provided some delicious freshly-baked chocolate chip cookies and warm popcorn. Very nice! Also, free car wash is back. Joe was very nice and did a wonderful job of drying the car after car wash. I waited outside since it was a beautiful day. All service advisors and staff are nice and friendly and I also had a chance to say hi to Sheryal, Gary in the Sales department, and my other friends at Poway Honda. Sheryal is super nice and friendly and I thank her very much for the appointment reminders and also the service follow-ups. Sorry, I missed Marco yesterday since he was out sick. Yesterday, I took my car to Poway Honda to be serviced. As expected, Poway Honda service department staff was very cautious with the Covid and all the staff members were also wearing masks. I had an appointment and I was checked-in within a minute or two. David is always nice and greets you with a smile and drives your car to the service area after checking in. As always, my service advisor, Marco, and technical staff at Poway Honda service department were excellent yesterday in servicing my Honda Accord and I was completely happy with their work. I requested a road test and Al was kind to do a test drive and make some recommendations. Thank you very much Al for your support yesterday! The technician also did a test drive after the service was completed. Absolutely great service! Today was my first visit to Poway Honda after 28 years of having my Honda’s serviced at a different Honda dealership in San Diego. I was initially a bit hesitant to bring my vehicle to a new place after es having my Honda’s serviced at a different Honda dealership in San Diego. I was initially a bit hesitant to bring my vehicle to a new place after establishing years of trust with a different Honda dealership. But, it was time for a change due to moving to a new location in San Diego. I was impressed from the moment I arrived to Poway Honda and was provided with outstanding customer service by Service Advisor Marco Ramirez. He discussed the service my car would be receiving and kept me updated during the time I was waiting for my vehicle. I felt comfortable and that I could trust my vehicle being in the hands of the Poway Honda service staff. Trust is earned based on experience and today, Poway Honda earned my trust thanks to outstanding service provided by Marco and his team. I look forward to future visits to Poway Honda. More
