Great Techs Took my wife's Fusion in for scheduled oil change and rotation of tires, The Works Package. Everything was done great, but when they had to rotate the tires, they could find the lock nut key, This car we have had since 2012. This was the first time this problem came up. I went back to check our personal storage and no key was found. Another automotive tech came over and said he had one the team could use. This tech, Alex then came up to me and offered me a second lock nut key, and said I could keep it in my car for future use. I asked to pay him for it, but he refused. This is above and beyond in my opinion for a tech. This is the reason I have been doing business with Power Ford since 2006! The service to the car was finished and we drove away satisfied. But what Alex did for me was something special. Great job! More
