I recently took my 2019 Expedition Max in for a faulty rear lift gate button. The part had to be ordered form Denver. In a week I had the part here and I was back in the service center to have it replaced rear lift gate button. The part had to be ordered form Denver. In a week I had the part here and I was back in the service center to have it replaced. Tony was always great to deal with and scheduled it fast. I failed to inspect the work, taking their word for the button working. There are scratches on the panel where the button is located where they pulled the old button out. Unfortunately I realized it on a Sunday and the service center is closed. I left a voicemail hoping to hear back from Tony. More
