I would give the service department a 5* rating. I bought a new ford New Year’s Day 2026, but not from PowerFordNM. I had to go to Colorado to get what I was looking for. So I would rate sales department a 3.5. Just because Albuquerque is a bit of a captive market, it doesn’t mean savvy buyers won’t make the drive to AZ, CO, or TX to save $K’s of dollars. Glad that the service department is better. They seem more professional, thorough, not upselling, and genuinely represent Ford well. I’ll keep going back to service my new Tremor. More
