Fantastic group in the service department! The service team at Power Ford is top notch! The morning of my service visit, Power Ford was the second call I placed and I couldn’t be happier! Ray The service team at Power Ford is top notch! The morning of my service visit, Power Ford was the second call I placed and I couldn’t be happier! Ray answered the phone and welcomed my service request immediately, even knowing the shop was already seeing a lot of traffic that morning. (The first call I placed was to a dealership that couldn’t see my car for over 3 weeks!) When I arrived, Carlos met me at my car and was very helpful with a fast check-in process. The shuttle had just left, so another kind gentleman gave me a ride to work. The recall service was completed on my car before lunchtime – amazing! Especially since my rear passenger door wouldn’t shut, making it undriveable. The “other” dealership was willing to leave me without a car for 22 days! I can’t imagine what I would have done without the team at Power Ford. Thank you for your terrific service. It was a great experience that I’ll be sure to share with all my family & friends.
