My man, Carlos Lopez Several times this year Mr. Lopez has come to the rescue for my 2006 Ford Escape. Earlier this year he picked up a serious problem missed by other me Several times this year Mr. Lopez has come to the rescue for my 2006 Ford Escape. Earlier this year he picked up a serious problem missed by other mechanics two weeks earlier -- my engine block straps had degenerated to the point where the engine was vibrating as I drove along. Carlos also worked hard to seal up the moon roof on my car, so that it would stay closed until a new rail track was obtained. This came in very handy when my car was parked during a downpour! Additionally, Mr. Lopez called me at home to find our why I had not shown up to have the roof repaired after sending a notice that the parts were in. It turned out that I was ill with a flu. I was very appreciative of the call and the willingness to work with me until I was well enough to come in. I must also mention the shuttle-car driver, Darren. Just as on previous occasions, Darren was polite, on time and a very careful driver. He even remembered that I needed help to get out of the vehicle as my artificial knees make such descents a bit difficult. It is nice to know that he is a young man who can be counted on to show up when promised and to deliver passengers to their destinations with a smile and courtesy. I came back 2 days later as we did not have time to wait the day we purchased. I waited almost 3 hours for the cleaning crew to give me something that I could have gotten at a drive through car wash. I purchased a 50k vehicle and it looks like someone just licked it. Who ever cleaned my truck also damaged my personal belongings. I have to say that I almost blew a gasket right there in your showroom of customers when I say my torn belongings. I don't know what the training process is for this part of the dealership but it needs to be known that these vehicles are not cheap and should not be treated like they are cheap. I have to say what a disappointment since Stephanie worked so incredibly hard to make sure I had a good experience and got what I wanted. Yes contact me. More

Emergency repair of undercarriage The bottom cover has fallen and was dragging on road. Some of the molding that held it secure had been destryed.
