Wonderful experience with this Dealer! We got a call from Serge our sales person we went in at 6pm and within the hour were buying our new Explorer. Joe was so plesant to work with during the negotiations process, he listened to us and took all of our concerns into account. He didn't try to push us or bully us into anything. We have been looking at the Explorer for about a month now and have gone to many different dealerships and this by far is the best experience we have had with Ford.
