I have always purchased the service warranty and have been very pleased with the work they have always done on my vehicles. There are many new employees now, but they all seem to be quite friendly and efficient with their work. And they do a very nice job of accomplishing the work in a timely manner. More
I attempted to take my Ford bronco to another dealership and was told there was a three page waiting list for a rental so I’m not sure how long that would’ve taken. I came in to Power Ford Express for our regular oil change/tire, etc service. Brooke welcomed me and checking with the estimated time for the total job. I also check with my expected family responsibil change/tire, etc service. Brooke welcomed me and checking with the estimated time for the total job. I also check with my expected family responsibilities. He worked together with their shop schedule and we were able to make it work. I really appreciated the flexibility, especially on a busy day for me. I did not have to reschedule and come back again. Thanks, Russ More
