While the cost was on the higher side, my overall experience was excellent. The only thing I would suggest is adding a complimentary car wash at the end of service—this is something I’ve experienced at other dealerships, and it would make the visit feel even more complete given the amount we pay. The service work was very good. The texting was too much. I probably had 15 to twenty text during the day. The invoice was very confusing. I had to cal the adviser for explanation.
