They're relatively good on price but that's where it ends. I bought a $60K F-150 4x4 Lariat in mid April 2020 and still have yet to receive my registration and license plate tag. I've called multiple times and spoken to Ace, the sales manager, and never hear anything back, ever. Additionally, the finance guy screwed up my first payment date so I had Ford Credit calling me telling me I was late with a payment. Rich Ford is terrible and Don Chalmers is know for lying to customers so maybe try Capital Ford to get decent service in NM. Power Ford is not the place, despite what they claim. More
