I took my new truck through a local Mister Carwash and their new drying roller at the end of the wash completely bent and ruined my radio antenna. When Mister Carwash asked where I wanted to take the truck for the repair it was hands down Power Ford. PF contacted me right away to make the appointment for the repair. Jonathan Vickery was my point of contact in service and he gave me constant updates. Jonathan even worked hard to get Mister on the phone for payment when they weren’t responding to my calls. Kevin Melgarejo who was my salesman on the truck purchase called me as soon as he saw my name on the service shop list. Kevin reached out just to make sure all was well and then went a step further to put me in a courtesy vehicle while my truck was in the shop! When you choose a dealership to do business with it’s not only the initial sale that matters, it’s also the care the dealership provides to the customer AFTER THE SALE!!! Across the board Power Ford knows this, maintains this as a practice through their employees and the actions and attention to detail by Kevin Melgarejo and Jonathan Vickery exemplified this!
