Power Ford

Our 37ft motorhome broke down and was towed to Power Ford. We arrived after hours and was met in the parking lot by one of the sales guys who reassured us that it was safe to leave it in the parking lot Ford. He was so kind and even recommended a hotel close by that was pet friendly. When we arrived the next morning we were met by the service writer Jonathan who assured us that they would be able to look at the coach and see if they could find out our issue. The mechanic he sent out to research the issue found our problem with in a couple of hours. A wire that runs everything in our motorhome from motor to steering to generator had come off of the motor. We were very impressed with that mechanic. Wish I knew his name. After everything was done I was asked to test drive it with Nestor to make sure everything was done to our expectations.
