They were confident through the whole process and didn’t lead me on. They worked hard to process my deal which was satisfactory and realistic for myself, the financial institutions, and with them. They wanted to help me get a new vehicle and understood how difficult life can be with out transportation. Most importantly they gave me a chance before turning me away. This was my 1st trade in for new vehicle. This is my 2nd time getting a new vehicle with them and I plan to go back. Thank you very much! More

I have owned 6 Ford trucks over the past 15 years and as such consider myself as a well informed buyer. At all stages, Brandon expanded my knowledge of the features and benefits of this vehicle. Support from his sales manager and finance officer insured that he got the best deal for me. The truck was received, prepped and ready for delivery in record time. Transfer of a 5th wheel hitch and addition of a replacement rear bed cover was seamlessly managed by Brandon and Power Ford’s relationship with a local third party partner. Cost control was excellent. I couldn’t ask for a better buying experience. Thank you Power Ford! More

Bait and Switch Dealership On Fathers day, me and my father go into Power Ford to look at an F-250. Once we found a truck a price was offered for the vehicle. The sales employee On Fathers day, me and my father go into Power Ford to look at an F-250. Once we found a truck a price was offered for the vehicle. The sales employee comes out and rebuttals our offer with a $500 dollar increased offer. We stick to our guns and the sales employee goes inside to relay the offer (Bianca Perez). She then returns to tell us we have a deal at our price if we buy today. We then agree to purchase the vehicle and head inside. We sat down at a sales table when Mike Jandran, who we have not interacted with comes out. The first words out of his mouth is "I cannot sale this truck to you at what they told you". As he postures at us, as if it were our mistake we inform him that we are no longer interested. This dealership wasted half of our fathers day to try and bait and switch us into a high price for a vehicle. DO NOT WORK WITH ANYONE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. More

The truck made it to Power Ford where Daniel, my service advisor, immediately took care of me. They diagnosed the truck that night and had me on the road the next day. There was clear communication and an obvious desire to go above and beyond, such as arranging for an Uber to take me to my hotel. Daniel was both friendly and professional. As unpleasant as it is breaking down in another state, Daniel and Power Ford made it much more bearable. More

When I got home I shut off my F-350 and was able to restart it, but I had no gauges. The next morning, however, the batteries could not crank the engine over. I figured I had a ‘short’ somewhere. I had my truck towed to Power Ford for diagnosis. They called later and said they had to recharge my batteries and that they needed to be replaced. I told Daniel that I had no hard starting issues prior to the gauges acting up, and suspected a battery drain or charging issue. I asked if they had done a ‘load test’ to check for low voltage after they got my truck started. He said “no”, and insisted that the batteries be replaced before anything else. Since Power Ford wanted $500 to replace my batteries ($390 + tax + installation), I went across the street to Costco and got two Interstate batteries with excellent warranties and high CCAs for $205 and installed them myself. Power Ford continued with their work and diagnosed a bad alternator charging at only 11.8 volts. No wonder my old batteries weren’t charged! When I told Daniel to go ahead and replace the alternator, I also said that it looked like there was no need to replace my old batteries, they probably were just fine. His answer? “Oh, the low voltage charging can kill a cell.”. Really? REALLY? Now I’m no ‘Master Mechanic’, but I HAVE been turning wrenches since I could pick them up. I’m 68! As far as I know batteries can be destroyed by overcharging, but not undercharging. My ‘diagnosis’: I spent $205 on new batteries I didn’t need! More
