Frustrating Dropped my vehicle off 5-July and it didn’t get looked at till 8-July, the lady that wrote it up I called Monday morning early and she said it would b Dropped my vehicle off 5-July and it didn’t get looked at till 8-July, the lady that wrote it up I called Monday morning early and she said it would be looked at as soon as a Tech got in (sounded like everything else in NM there was only 1 person that does that type of work at a dealership) she said she would call me as soon as she know something so waited till say 11am and called and was transferred to her and it went to voice mail and I asked to be called as soon as she came in because I needed my vehicle by 3:00 that day, called at 12 noon and got the same thing, called at 1 and got the same thing and when I called at 2 I said I wanted to talk to the service manager and he was also out, so I told the receptionist no need making me frustrated I was coming in to get someones attention. I came in and found out they lady had left work for an emergency and no-one told the receptionist. Found out the diagnosis and the cost and you didn’t have a part and I couldn’t get my vehicle back to next day. My last experience at your parts department couldn’t and still can’t find in their books what attaches my gas cap behind my gas door. Just seems like at many places in NM everyone has inexperienced or lazy people working for them. I already have a mechanic shop picked to do all my work on my vehicle and won’t be back. More
Used to be 5 Star! Now 0 I took my problematic Ford to get some work done, service advisor screwed up on rental, I had to pay out of pocket $600, was never reimbursed (provisi I took my problematic Ford to get some work done, service advisor screwed up on rental, I had to pay out of pocket $600, was never reimbursed (provisioned in my contract $60 a day /10 days), no one would even attempt to help- have since been in contact with higher ups at Ford Motor Company since power Ford can't resolve things. Also, structurally damaged my vehicle when they had possession of it, never even acknowledged wrong doing. I'll have my day in court. More

Very happy with my entire experience purchasing a vehicle I walked in with the intention of checking out a few options, and left 3 hours later with a new truck! The dealer impressed at every level. Salesmen were ready and available, but not high pressure at all. The facility was sharp and accommodating, with amenities at every turn. The vibe from the employees was one of pride and excellence, it was clear that they enjoy working for this company. Weekend events were bringing great energy to the dealership and the whole area of town. Brandon Maese was the salesman I worked with, and he was great. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles he was working with, and immediately got on board with what my priorities were and helped me narrow my options quickly. He was friendly and helpful, and the process of purchasing was transparent and efficient. The woman I spoke to in the finance office, J, was also very helpful and engaging. I have since returned to the parts and service department, and everyone I have encountered was ready and willing to help me with what I needed. I feel that this dealer is ready to build a relationship with its customers during and after the sale, which is rare to find. Thank you Power Ford and Brandon! More
