Power Ford Sales takes forever and a detail was promised even tho once we inquired about it service not sales would provide the vehicle cleaning. Fantastic group in the service department! The service team at Power Ford is top notch! The morning of my service visit, Power Ford was the second call I placed and I couldn’t be happier! Ray The service team at Power Ford is top notch! The morning of my service visit, Power Ford was the second call I placed and I couldn’t be happier! Ray answered the phone and welcomed my service request immediately, even knowing the shop was already seeing a lot of traffic that morning. (The first call I placed was to a dealership that couldn’t see my car for over 3 weeks!) When I arrived, Carlos met me at my car and was very helpful with a fast check-in process. The shuttle had just left, so another kind gentleman gave me a ride to work. The recall service was completed on my car before lunchtime – amazing! Especially since my rear passenger door wouldn’t shut, making it undriveable. The “other” dealership was willing to leave me without a car for 22 days! I can’t imagine what I would have done without the team at Power Ford. Thank you for your terrific service. It was a great experience that I’ll be sure to share with all my family & friends. Thanks, guys! More

Power Ford Service Center Above & Beyond Have to save about the service team at Power Ford! Had my truck towed into the shop and not only did they accurately determine what the problem was ( Have to save about the service team at Power Ford!
