I came back 2 days later as we did not have time to wait the day we purchased. I waited almost 3 hours for the cleaning crew to give me something that I could have gotten at a drive through car wash. I purchased a 50k vehicle and it looks like someone just licked it. Who ever cleaned my truck also damaged my personal belongings. I have to say that I almost blew a gasket right there in your showroom of customers when I say my torn belongings. I don't know what the training process is for this part of the dealership but it needs to be known that these vehicles are not cheap and should not be treated like they are cheap. I have to say what a disappointment since Stephanie worked so incredibly hard to make sure I had a good experience and got what I wanted. Yes contact me. More

Emergency repair of undercarriage The bottom cover has fallen and was dragging on road. Some of the molding that held it secure had been destryed.
